Welcome to NursingExamPro ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our PNLE and NCLEX exam-prep service at nursingexampro.com (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information you provide directly: Email address for waitlist signup or account creation; name and password when you register; practice test answers, scores, and pass-readiness results; progress and mastery data by topic; support request content or feedback; and payment details processed through Stripe when paid plans are available.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and session tokens via cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: Basic profile data from authentication providers if you use third-party sign-in, and subscription status and payment confirmation from Stripe.

We use your information to operate the Service, send waitlist and launch notifications, authenticate your account, deliver practice questions and timed tests, compute pass-readiness scores and progress dashboards, process payments, send service updates, improve the question bank and platform, and detect fraud or unauthorized access.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation as applicable.

Practice test answers, scores, pass-readiness results, and progress data are used solely to power your personal dashboard and study experience. This data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, is never sold, and is deleted upon account termination or upon your request.

We share data with sub-processors acting on our behalf: Resend (transactional email, including waitlist notifications) and Stripe (payment processing when paid plans are available). Analytics data shared with third-party analytics providers is anonymized.
We may also share your information in connection with a business transfer or acquisition, in response to a valid legal request, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of NursingExamPro, our users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

Account and study data is stored on secure servers. We apply SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption for sensitive data at rest, and need-to-know access controls for our team.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we implement industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you are notified of launch, you unsubscribe, or you request removal. Account and study data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Payment data is retained as required by financial regulations and processed by Stripe. Analytics data is kept in anonymized, aggregated form.
When data is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize it so it can no longer be associated with you.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights via your account dashboard or by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents have rights under CCPA, including the right to know what data is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.

Practice test data: Your answers, scores, and pass-readiness results are stored to power your study history and progress tracking. This data belongs to you and can be deleted at any time by contacting us or from your account settings once available.
Progress dashboard: Topic mastery and study trends are computed from your practice activity and stored to show your readiness over time. You may request deletion of this data at any time.
Subscription and waitlist data: We track your waitlist status or plan to enforce feature access and process billing. Full payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored by us.
